Full Description: This exquisite vacation villa is situated in the heart of Playa del Carmen’s hotel zone, Playacar Phase 2 and is a golf enthusiast’s paradise! You can play on a course designed by Von Haage, or enjoy a game of tennis, or even go for an early morning bike ride along the groomed paths and enjoy the sights, sounds, and smells of the tropics and the ocean air! This stunning 2-storey air-conditioned villa offers 2 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, with a studio that can be transformed into a 3rd bedroom , comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The main floor is comprised of a modern well-designed kitchen with all appliances needed to make meal preparation enjoyable and efficient, including a lovely bar area with stools for a light breakfast, snack or serving area for more elaborate meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room with automatic washer and dryer for your personal convenience as well. The open and bright dining and living areas are comfortably furnished and include a wide screen television with satellite connection and DVD for your entertainment.

The wide patio doors open onto your own patio and a lush tropical garden area surrounding the gorgeous pool where you’re sure to want to spend some quality time relaxing and enjoying the sun and warm breeze. Upstairs, you’ll find the large bedrooms especially appealing, each with its own private bathroom. The master bedroom features its own private balcony and the bathroom has an inviting Jacuzzi where you can relax after a round of golf or a fast game of tennis. Playamar 9 is wonderfully private, peaceful and secure, with only 16 other villas in the community. The pool includes a deep section and also a shallow section for children, as well as an adjacent shaded palapa for relaxing. If the beach beckons, you can take a very interesting 15-minute walk through Mayan ruins on your way to the beach. In the same amount of time, you can also find yourself on the famous 5th Avenue where you can explore the lovely boutiques and fine restaurants located there. In addition to all these amenities we can also provide private chef service, massage sessions, airport transportation and monthly rental arrangements at your request. Children are always welcome however smoking and pets are not permitted.
