Full Description: Breathtaking 2 bedrooms ocean view first floor condo in Playa del Carmen! The whole apartment breathes luxury and is yet affordable for you and your family! Magia is well appointed apartment, furnished care and taste, ideal for 4 people, at a very cozy location, with all the comfort you will ever need throughout your vacation. YOU DO NOT NEED TO RENT A CAR! Everything is within an easy walking distance: literally 1 minutes walk to 5th avenue and 8 minutes walk to Mamitas and Kool beach club! The elevator makes it suitable for the physically impaired and children. The view is outstanding from pretty much anywhere on the condo (from the kitchen, the sitting area, the TV area, the dining area, the balcony ect..). We have had people from all over the world remain at our condo (England, the US, Argentina, Mexico, Canada ect..) and they come back year after year! The neighbors are mostly retired Americans, Canadians or local people working full time in Playa. Being very family orientated you will enjoy the priceless peace and quiet you need to have a good rest on your vacation! The common area is one of the best and biggest in town. Both pools are shallow therefore ideal children-friendly. There is a gym for your convenience onsite and double security (in the parking lot and entrance). The staff onsite keeps the common ground absolutely spotless, while we keep the inside of the condo impeccable for you! The apartment features 2 bedrooms, with the master bedroom featuring a lovely, comfortable king-size bed, decorated by a professional interior designer in a warm but yet neutral color. Both bedrooms have normal and blackout blinds, and their own private bathrooms. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will ever need during your stay. It has a full stove. The laundry area has been fully equipped a combo washer / dryer for your personal laundry. The living area is equipped with satellite TV and DVD for your entertainment. Enjoy a nice glass of wine in the evening on your balcony, a nice coffee in the morning looking at the ocean and the both coming back and forth from Cozumel, or a sip or Margaritas by the pool! Linens and towels are provided during your stay so you will not have to worry about carrying them in your case when you travel! Just bring your clothes and happiness, sit back and relax, you are on vacation! NO NEED TO RENT A CAR ONCE YOU GET TO CANCUN AIRPORT. There is a regular first class shuttle from the airport called ADO with air conditioned buses running every hour available at $85 pesos one way (that about $7 dollars). It will take you straight to the bus station and from there you can take a cab who will take you straight to the apartment for $50 to $80 pesos (for less than $70 dollars!). Our team site is available on a 24 hours basis for emergencies and will welcome you upon arrival. Cell phones with prepaid minutes are available for guest staying for a week or more upon request to gets in touch with our team, unless you bring your own phone along.. The phone will be charge with $50 pesos and you can top up your calling credit afterwards if needed.
