This small apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and ideal if you are coming on your own, for a couple of even for students that are looking for a value rental while they are attending a local language school. The whole apartment has central air conditioning for you to keep cool on the permanent hot weather. the bedroom has a nice view to the pool, that gets even nicer at night when the lights inside the pool are switched on. The closet has a safe for you to keep your valuable belongings. The Tv has 50 over 50 English and Spanish channel. There is little bodega on the patio are with a barbecue grill so you can have a little ‘carne asada’ or make your hotdog on a Sunday or barbecue reunion.
